Experience: 5–8 years in sales/operations with strong exposure to state/cluster-level business execution
Age: 24–32 years
Key Focus: Drive cluster-level execution, manage Area Heads, ensure grassroots target achievement, monitor performance metrics, and align state/zonal strategies with last-mile delivery
Experience: 17–22 years in collections ecosystem with strong exposure to enterprise challenges and regulatory compliance
Education: MBA from reputed university
Key Focus: Build and scale CRA-led collections suite across cash/digital modes, design product solutions, establish partnerships with banks/NBFCs/MFIs/e-commerce/logistics, drive automation and compliance, and own P&L for the value pool
Experience: 17–22 years in debt recovery/collections; ARC experience preferred
Education: MBA from reputed university; Additional qualifications like IIBF preferred
Key Focus: Lead delinquent loan collections strategy, reduce NPAs, manage agencies/vendors, oversee legal recovery framework, ensure RBI-compliant practices, drive analytics-led portfolio management, and own collections P&L
